Brand Engagement

The brands that I decided to follow were @chickfila, @suavebeauty, @converse, @ultabeauty, @apple, @forever21, and @romweshop. I thought I was going to have more difficulty in trying to get one of these brands to tweet me, but it was actually quite easy. I went with an approach of complimenting them rather than going with a mean approach in trying to get them to answer me. I only had to tweet both Chick-Fil-A and Suave once before they answered me. I tweeted Chick-Fil-A "i love u" and they responded with "You're too sweet, Alexis! Stop by and see us again soon!" I thought this was kind of funny because I didn't say anything about their food so I wasn't expecting them to answer. With Suave, I tweeted them "appreciate you for making my hair super soft" and they responded with "We appreciate you! Thanks for being a #SuaveBeliever!" I also tweeted Ulta saying " got my brows done at Ulta and now I refuse to go anywhere else because I love how they look", however, I had no luck in getting a response from them. I also had no luck in getting a response from Romwe, Forever 21, or Apple. Out of 10 tweets, I got 2 responses which I think is pretty good.
